This month's theme is HUMOUR.

HUMOUR is one of the processes of optimism that contributes significantly to personal resilience. HUMOUR can help us to gain perspective on problems and the key points highlighted during this month's Bounceback Assembly were:

  • HUMOUR is healthy
  • HUMOUR can make you feel better
  • HUMOUR can help people to be friends
  • HUMOUR can be hurtful
  • It isn't good to be the class clown
  • GIGGLE GYM - a short giggle gym session every day, at school or at home, can help you feel relaxed and positive.  Try it!
